Request: Zapier integration for automated workflows
We use Zapier to connect everything in our stack. A Flowdesk trigger (e.g. "new feedback submitted", "idea reaches 10 upvotes") would let us pipe data into our CRM, create Notion tasks, or post a Slack message with extra context beyond what your native integration supports. Would use this on day one.

Would love a digest email option — weekly or monthly rollup
Some of our users are not interested in individual notifications every time we ship something small. A weekly or monthly digest that batches all entries published in the period would be a great opt-in option alongside the per-publish notification. Reduces unsubscribes from high-volume teams.
Request: JIRA integration to sync released tickets to changelog
Our workflow: PM closes a JIRA epic → engineer merges PR → release goes out. Right now someone has to manually write the changelog entry. A JIRA integration that auto-drafts a changelog entry when a ticket moves to "Done" would save us 30 minutes per release cycle.
