Slack integration is exactly what we needed

We tried building our own webhook solution last year and gave up after two days. The native Slack integration took us 90 seconds to set up. The high-upvote threshold notification is particularly useful — we check Flowdesk the moment something crosses 10 votes, without having to log in and check manually.

CSV export is missing the subscriber join date column

When I export the subscriber list, I get email, name, and status — but no join date. I need the join date to segment new vs. long-term subscribers in our email tool. This feels like a small omission on an otherwise solid export.

Dark mode works perfectly — even in the widget

Impressed that the widget automatically picks up the dark mode setting from our app. Most embedded components ignore the parent app's theme. Whoever built this clearly thought it through. Our users noticed immediately and several mentioned it in their own feedback.

The analytics dashboard is a game-changer for our CS team

Embeddable widget looks great on our product — zero complaints from users

We were nervous about adding a third-party widget to our app because of past performance issues with other tools. The new widget 2.0 loads asynchronously and we've had zero complaints from users. The unread badge count is a nice touch — users notice it and actually click through to read updates.
